Warnings

At no time should a product be used beyond its Working Load Limits. Avoid side loading.  Working load limit will not apply if product has been welded or otherwise modified.
Match components properly.  Make certain that components such as hooks, links, shackles, etc., used with wire rope (or chain or cordage), are of suitable material and strength to provide adequate safety protection.  Attachments must be properly installed and must have a work load limit at least equal to the products with which they are used. 
Avoid shock loads.  Avoid impacting, jerking, or swinging of load — working load limit will not apply.
Inspect products regularly.
Keep out from under a raised load.

Raised Load

Keep out from under a raised load. Take notice of the recommendation from the National Safety Council Accident Prevention manual concerning all lifting operations:
All employees working with cranes or hoists or assisting in hooking or arranging a load should be instructed to keep out from under the load. From a safety standpoint, one factor is paramount: Conduct all lifting operations in such a manner, that if there were an equipment failure, no personnel would be injured. This means keep out from under a raised load and keep out of the line of force of any load.

Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective, shipment is incomplete, or product is damaged from shipment. Custom made products are non-returnable. Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at 914-792-8360 - 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, there may be a restocking fee of 15% - 20%, as determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s). Please note that some products, due to safety concerns, cannot be returned at all.

Custom cable assemblies, custom chain assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable. Round slings, nylon slings, chain slings, cannot be returned safety factors.

Please do not send any returned items without approval.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order that has been placed please contact us immediately.  If order as not shipped out or if fabrication has not begun, than it may be cancelled.  But if fabrication has began or the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipments are sent out Monday-Friday.  We strive to ship everything quickly.  We do not ship anything out during the weekend. 
Most items are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may ship within 1-3 days unless longer times are mentioned.
Custom product shipments, as well as Made in USA products, might take up to 4-5 business days to ship as they need time to assemble or make the product.

Depending on size of the order, you might receive several boxes from different carriers.
