We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective or product is damaged from shipment. Custom made products are non-returnable. Lifting products and rigging products are non-returnable. Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at 914-792-8360 - 5 days of receipt. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, there may be a restocking fee of 15% - 20%, as determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s). Please note that some products, due to safety concerns, cannot be returned at all.
Custom cable assemblies, custom chain assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable. Round slings, nylon slings, chain slings, cannot be returned safety factors.
Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition - no exemptions.
Please do not send any returned items without approval.
