Grade 70 Towing Chain assembly with 8" Short J-Hook one end with Grab hook and T Hook other end. 

Used to tie down and secure a vehicle once it is hoisted on the tow truck or positioned on the carrier deck.  These auto transport chains are also know as J-Hook chains.
