We only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective, shipment is incomplete, or product is damaged from shipment. Custom made products are non-returnable. Buyer is responsible to inspect all products upon receipt of order. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at 800-within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the merchandise is being returned as a result of customer error, there may be a restocking fee of 15% - 20%, as determined by the manufacturer or supplier. Also, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the item(s). Please note that some products, due to safety concerns, cannot be returned at all.
Custom cable assemblies, custom chain assemblies and custom lengths of cable, wire rope, and chain are not returnable. Round slings, nylon slings, chain slings, cannot be returned safety factors.
Please do not send any returned items without approval.

To cancel an order that has been placed please contact us immediately. If order as not shipped out or if fabrication has not begun, than it may be cancelled. But if fabrication has began or the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Limitation of Damages
Baremotion assumes no responsibility for the use or misapplication of any product it sells. Rigging, lifting products and safety gear is only intended to be used by competent trained professionals. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser is familiar with their safe use and correct application. Responsibility for design and use decisions rests with the user.
Products should be used in strict accordance with all industry and OSHA standards. At no time should rigging or safety gear be used beyond its Working Load Limits. All gear should be thoroughly inspected before each and every use. Worn or unsafe rigging and safety gear should never be used.
Baremotion SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
